Ingredient
- Wheat flour-3 cup
- Cheese chopped-1 cup
- Garlic seed chopped 8-10 pieces
- Butter or oil - to taste
- Salt or paratha masala- to taste
Method
- Add salt into flour and mix it
- Separately mix cheese, garlic, salt and paratha masala
- Make circle and put mix masala
- Roll into circle sheet
- Heat butter in a pan
- Serve cheese paratha with pickles
