Introduction
This roti is nepali favorite food and every people like
roti dish because it is fruitful and good for health .It is basically use in which roti does are favourable for
health diet and common indian people
Ingredient
- Flour 200.gm
- sugar 1. tbsp
- Baking powder 2.pinch
- Egg 2.pieces
- Tomatoes chopped 1.tsp
- Dry onion chopped 1.tsp
- Green coriander chopped 1\2tsp
- Green chilly chopped 1\2 tsp
- Salt,chilly powder,cumin powder to taste
- Oil 1.tbsp
Method
- Together mingle flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt as per taste in a clean container.
- Roll two breads from the flour and cook roti
- Properly stir egg,tomato, onion,coriander, chilly, salt and masala in a separate bowl
- Prepare an omelet in a pan
- Tuck the omelet inside the two rotis; and cut four triangles of it.
