Cheese Pratha


Introduction

this is a popular cheese paratha. A healthy food receipe with paneer stuffed in the wheat rotis.the spicy cottege cheese or paneer stuffed paratha is very delecious lunch time avaliable.


Ingredient

  1. Wheat flour-3 cup
  2. Cheese chopped-1 cup
  3. Garlic seed chopped 8-10 pieces
  4. Butter or oil - to taste
  5. Salt or paratha masala- to taste

Method
  • Add salt into flour and mix it
  • Separately mix cheese, garlic, salt and paratha masala
  • Make circle and put mix masala
  • Roll into circle sheet
  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Serve cheese paratha with pickles

Gajar ka Haluwa


Introduction
Gajar ko haluwa is continental dish of all people.It is made when the guest appearance at home sometime children desire to eat Gajar ko haluwa at that time also we use to make it.It has no side effect . It is delicious and fruitful too.

Ingredients

Carrot-200.gm
Cashewnut, coconut chopped-1.tbsp
Raisn-1.tsp
Butter or ghee-2-3. tbsp
Bay leave-1-2 leave
Sugar-1. tbsp


How to make Gajar ko haluwa
First , grate carrots.
Fry grated carrot in it.
Add cashewnuts, coconuts,raisin, cassia and sugar to it after 4-5 minutes.
Add water or milk to the mixture and cook it untill Gajar Ko haluwa is ready to serve.

Anda Roti


Introduction

This roti is nepali favorite food and every people like
roti dish because it is fruitful and good for health .It is basically use in which roti does are favourable for
health diet and common indian people


Ingredient

  1. Flour 200.gm
  2. sugar 1. tbsp
  3. Baking powder 2.pinch
  4. Egg 2.pieces
  5. Tomatoes chopped 1.tsp
  6. Dry onion chopped 1.tsp
  7. Green coriander chopped 1\2tsp
  8. Green chilly chopped 1\2 tsp
  9. Salt,chilly powder,cumin powder to taste
  10. Oil 1.tbsp


Method

  • Together mingle flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt as per taste in a clean container.
  • Roll two breads from the flour and cook roti
  • Properly stir egg,tomato, onion,coriander, chilly, salt and masala in a separate bowl
  • Prepare an omelet in a pan
  • Tuck the omelet inside the two rotis; and cut four triangles of it.

  • 1\2 cup fresh orange juice.
  • 1\2 cup soda powder.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp dabur honey.
  • 1\4 tsp rock salt (Bire noon)
  • crushed Ice to taste

Method

Put orange juice , soda powder , lemon juice and dabur honey in amixing jar,and rock salt and crushed Ice bland together with a hand blender or mixer on till well blander power into tall glases garnish with lemon wedges or fress mint leaf serve chilled.

Local Kukhura Ko Masu


Introduction

This is a Local Kukhura Ko masu is nepali newari dish . Which very famous among other foreign dish. It is useful is festival and different types of occassion like daishain,Tihar, married special guest etc.







Ingredient

  1. Chicken 1.k.g
  2. muster oil 1\2 cup
  3. Dry onion chopped 100.gm
  4. Bay leaves 3-4 piece
  5. Tomatoes chopped 50.gm
  6. Green coriander chopped 2. tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ginger,garlic paste 2. tbsp
  9. Cumin powder,chilly powder 1. tbsp
  10. Turmeric 1.tsp
  11. Garam masala 1.tsp
  12. Fenugeek seeds 1\2 tsp
  13. Cloves, cardamom pods 1\2 tsp
Method

  • Firstly,cut small pieces of chicken meat
  • Fry methi and onion with oil in a pan
  • Put the meat on the pan once the onion turns brownish and turmeric powder after a while
  • Add tejpat, salt, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, powder chilly, garam masala, clove, cardamom on it and stir the whole thing for awhile; cover it after properly stirring.
  • Keep the fire low and keep stirring the ingedients after short intervals; cover the pan after stirring.
  • Add tomatoes and coriander on the ingredients before it cooks well.
  • Note: the dinner can also be served .
